This is my latest invention sarawak layer cake. The original recipe was supposed to be emulco chocolate flavour but ive changed the flavour with blueeberry and lemon cheese... its a combination of sour, sweet and moist..yummy. You wont believe it till you try it. Ive to thicken the layer since ive limited time to baked this cake. Approximately 2 and 1/2 hours in baking such simple layer cake. Thats including preparation and baking process.
